  Personally I felt it was less about benefits and more about outsourcing. The final offer before the strike seemed pretty generous in terms of pay but left the door open for more outsourcing.

  @Dan - Definitely an issue for sure. I haven't had much chance to really see the details of the agreement yet. Do you know if this was addressed?
