    Games and film will continue to co-exist

    I agree with your disagreement with Cory Bergman. I think Point 1 is most critical: the majority of people don't have a SINGLE way they interact with all their entertainment - and most have multiple ways depending on the media or experience, sometimes simultaneously, sometimes asynchronously, sometimes separately. As was described in Henry Jenkins' "Convergence Culture", it's trans-media experiences that are becoming the norm. Not just games being turned into films and vice-versa, but simultaneous releases of different elements of the same experience across different media, each playing to the particular strengths of that media. ABC's "Lost" is a good example.
