  Nissan is cutting jobs but not just for a down turn, they are moving truck jobs to Mexico. Their main goal is to buy workers out not to down size but to use outside contractors to do the work for less pay and less benifits.
  
  In this process they have instructed managment to put pressure on workers with harrassment and any means possible so they can replace them. Their goal is to have 30% outside contractors through temp services.
