    RE: An honest org chart

IS this some sort of joke? Is it a Haloween thing? Where do the actual "workers" fall on this "salary sensitve" Org chart; oh they must be the DNA sized ones! This is the most de-motivating; not to mention stupid idea I have ever seen, if it is real! I do like one thing though; most org charts were orginally created for management to be able to assess "blame" when something goes wrong and in this case the green-shirted CEO definitely has the biggest box!! Please BNET you can come up with something better than this! Did your guys review this or did it just slip through?

Somehow you have managed to make the old org chart even more degrading than it is currently to most employees since most of the folks that do the real work never show up on one! Oh, I forgot that he never mentioned the customer on this chart...that gives me quite alot of "Despair" and I don't think I can take anymore!!

    RE: An honest org chart

Interesting, this must be based on "History of the World: Part I" - it's good to be the King.

How would this show org charts in companies where C-level compensation (and SVP/VP) is variable based on options and other incentives? Does the fact that the CEO AND the VP has use of the corp jet skew this "visual" org chart? Also, what of orgs that have the CEO take $1 in compensation, such as Bloomberg running NYC?

Didn't explain the need for a new org chart very well...

    Despair, Inc.

After being a long term user of material from BNET, I was shocked by the videos placed on the web site authored by Despair. The only result this guy's advice is going to create is major bail-out from the employees, except for those who can't get a job otherwise.

The company's name is well thought out, as there advice will definitely create despair at your firm.
