How to get the staff engaged in BSC

Why does BSC implementation fail in 50% of organisations? Probably because senior management have failed to win the hearts and minds of people across all levels of the organisation. To them it becomes just another performance measure.

A better way is to cascade BSC down to middle managers and supervisors - share the destination stement with them, allow them to contribute to strategy and the day-to-day working practices that affect them. Let them define their own measures of succes.

It was a good little video to get your feet wet. A little more substance would be appreciated.
