  I finished "Fire Them Up" yesterday and not a moment too soon. I have a major presentation Friday morning and I just revised it based on what I learned. I'm sure I will succeed.

  Great motivating video!
  I also think it is critical to recognize the value of value in motivation. Leaders need to celebrate the value of what their people do every day. Value is the steam that powers the engine of commitment.
