RE: From Managing to Leading | Leila?s House of Corrections

Some strong tips which I definitely agree with. Where I differ is the starting point. I work first with individuals in developing a leadership mindset. On "being" before "doing." As a result, the individual "owns" being a leader internally and it is communicated automatically in their physiology, their voice, their behaviors and interactions. And others pick up on that change and respond to them as leaders.

It is a much harder change to work from the outside in (ie., focus on skill development with the hope the person sbecome a leader).

I am hearing impaired and would love to have your video media captioned (showing subtitles) on demand or transcripts. Otherwise, a certain segment of the population is excluded from your wonderful material.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

There is a button to the left of the player that allows you to embed the video on an HTML page . . . just in case you haven't noticed yet.
Eradigm . . . transcripts are also available now, also the left of the viewer.
    Regards,
    Leila
