  Image makes a good or poor impression

  I interviewed with a company whose walls were in dire need of a fresh paint job. I thought, what a (relatively) simple thing to do that would have a dramatic impact on current and prospective employees.
  
  Additionally, not only did they need a fresh paint job,but some color. The cubicles were the same tan as the walls...very uninviting. I did not want to work there.
