PERFECT FIT ?

Hi,
I myself a QA Test Engineer agree with your opinion that software testers' job is one that requires routine, focus, and repetitive behavior. The one thing i dont understand is that from where/whom did the conclusion that the Test Engineers experience difficulty with social relationships, verbal communication, and using their imagination. From my experience i beleive that in order to fing a bug and trace its root and to report it you need allthe above mentioned qualities..Very sad to hear such a kind of comparision..
