  What kind of business objectives?

  I'm curious as to how a company should actually set business objectives for their social media initiatives. If the ultimate goal is to engage in conversation and be authentic, it doesn't seem like talking about your own products and services - advertising, essentially - is going to fly with this new social media audience. Any ideas on what kind of concrete business objectives are feasible and how to view the ROI aspect?
