  I am a great admirer of Jeff Pfeffer and he has made some major advances to management thinking, but he should stick to organisational behaviour and performance. It's always a mistake to step onto territory where one is not familiar and economic forecasting is not his strength (and that's an understatement). There will be a recession. You can bank on it.
