  Fair enough. I've been working on a piece about that situation for a magazine I write for, and at least for those people willing to talk, there's plenty of capital available -- because of the huge amount of excess capital for venture capitalists.
  
  Money will find returns. There is money out there. even in the Great Depression, we saw the rise of air travel, radio, television (very early development) and a further push into electrification.
