  I totally agree. This isn't as easy stuff. I still remember when we went casual 5 days a week. On one hand we all thought, "hurry, we won!" and on the other we all thought, "oh S%*#, now what?"

  Of course, you don't have to necessarily dress casually just because you have the option. One piece of advice I received long ago was that you should dress for the job you want, not for the job you have. While I don't always follow that advice, I think it's still relevant.
