  The leader is one who believes compulsory most in the draft who manages the group. The leader is one who believes in objective, but also in the team. In order to give his team confidence, the leader must give their first of trust to put people in the best roles. For this, he should know better team members and their weak points and strong. Only thus will be able to achieve a balanced and efficient team.
  
  The second step to achieve the objective of motivating the team would be people who make up the team. This means first of all knowledge of human motivations and their identification with the project.
  
  The third step is personal example. People will not follow words, will follow the facts. The leader must be one that has remained mereuin leading the team, aratandu their path. At the same time, it must constantly ensure communication within the team and coordinate conflicts.

  firstly leader is who believes in their team and their objectives. he is guided them to acheived their objectives.
  
  secondly he is punctual and postive attitute to guide the team and problem solving.because in cool mind the proble is easy solved.
  
  thirdly leaders has a goal and strategy to acheived that goal because folowerr is beleived in you and your ideas. so result has deciding the sucess and defeat.

  finally he has the sharp mind and management mind to tackle with the modern problems in real life and in business
