Actually I think so. The reason is that productive self induced weight lose goes a long way in improving ones self esteem levels and thus productivity. If you can make a "fat" or weighty person feel good about him/herself by losing weight,then, the chances are that that feeling will permeate into the work environment not to metion the fact that exercise increases bloodflow to the brain and therfore releases substances that help for increased activity.

Yes of course, it is suggested that a time slot to be given for 30-40 minutes to exersice in office like we used to have one period of 30 min. on Physical training.It will definatly relieve a person from stress related deseases.

What is amazing is that the office guinea pigs weight loss is being tied back to increase in revenue? were the guinea pigs sales reps who worked harder? that is not quite clear...great article though...

My co-worker just setup a treadmill workstation just like the one in the pic.
I'm thinking of setting up a bike workstation, perhaps one that powers the computer.
