Web Conferencing: Should You Do It?

A lot of excellent points are raised here but several are just glossed over. The
Saas approach verses hosted is a bit light in analysis. The traditional on-premise
approach can be expensive in hardware and support, but now, we have the
emergence of the vendor managed on-premise appliance that is neither
expensive to purchase nor to support. An example is the RHUB 200
(www.rhubcom.com) that starts at around $1,000 including one year of free
    software updates.
