    RE: This Is Not the Time to Delay PR and Marketing Programs

    I can recall seeing a study some years ago showing how companies that invested at the same or higher levels during economic contractions often gained market share and came out ahead when the markets began to flourish again. But the results were hardly across the board. Are there any more recent studies that show ROI during recessions?
