RE: Email Pitching Mistakes to Avoid
I would like to see an article that list the words that throw your e-mail into spam mail.
Also, I'm sure there are other tips that might help us, such as...Is there a certain number of people that you send e-mails to, that throws it into spam? What would the limit of names be on a mass e-mail in order to prevent it from going into the wrong file box?
Another thing, and this one is a big point of interest to me, I don't understand how I can get so many e-mail pitches with photos in the body of the e-mail, yet I can't paste things over into the body of my outgoing e-mail so that they immediately see my flier. I also concern myself with the file for one photo or flier being so large it won't go through....YET we all get scrolls of cartoons on our e-mail with no issue all the time. What can I do to accomplish this with my business profile sheets to make it immediately seen without using an attachment? AND - once I do that - how do I keep it from going into spam mail?
I am happy to hear from anyone at my e-mail address who has answers. I also look forward to reading articles in BNET - which incidentally is my FAVORITE daily newsletter.
Thank you in advance for your help.
