  Thanks Jon - I shared this article with a client of mine because it reinforces what I have been saying to them all along: it's about relationship building and tailoring the pitch. One of the biggest challenges for a PR professional, especially a contracted one, is to manage expectations. The key is to educate the client and remind them of the value of good PR.
