  I think there is no question that you?re right, and communications professionals should be increasingly considering these new tools to reach their target audiences. The fact of the matter is the web has really leveled the playing field and opened up more opportunities for organizations to communicate via rich media tools such as Audio and Video Podcasts & Webcasts.
  
  However, that said I would throw caution to the wind in the sense that despite its ?ease? or appearance of being ?easy? any organization that is looking to use these tools should be sure to develop a cohesive strategy for their use.?? Perhaps even more important to keep in mind with these types of strategies is the importance of production values ? and how important it is to professionally produce and develop these types of content so that they maintain the public image an organization would typically portray in any other type of marketing collateral.
