    implementing Balanced Scorecard

The devil is in the details, and the implementation challenge is (in my view) dependent upon sustaining a structured dialogue. Dialogic design and management is something that can be learned as a core capacity to aid in many critical initiatives. Suggestions that lead to best practice in dialogue as a management tool seem to be worth exploring. I am an advocate of an approach with a thirty-five year validation history. Through its evolution the approach was initially called Interactive Management and now is best known as Structured Dialogic Design. It would be nice to see a benchmarking program for such approaches. www.blogora.net
