    Telecommuting

I guess it will continue to be an option for some businesses. However, my only regret is the fact that people loose their personal relations which is continuos in any company.

This is really done poorly on so many levels!

The woman who is their prime example of telecommuting is the worst example (along with the visiual emphasis)they could have used. T

They show her whining about how she doesn't have time for her kids and feeling paranoid if she is not in the office. The visuals of her playing with children, loading up the clothes washer, and rishing dishes gives the appearance that she is doing this during her working shift.

If my boss saw this, he would certainly be wondering if I do the same things while I am working from home instead of putting in my time. The voice over says as a telecommuter one should "try to be available." If one cannot be completely available to do the work, then telecommuting is not an option.

Another poor visual was the pink child's art next the printer. If she is allowing the children in the workspace, there could be issues there as well.

My suggestion is to remake this video in one of two ways: 1) Shoot the entire piece again with a male telecommuter doing the exact same things as the female (playing with the kids, doing laundry, wshing dishes, talking about being paranoid, and having pink stuff by the printer); or 2) reshoot it with a female speaking about things a male would speak about in terms of the advantages of thelecommuting (the "guy stuff.")
