  didnt find it relevant. thought it should have been pertaining to new-mindsets of gen-y employees.. but maybe its not a complete info on those lines.

  As a member of Gen Y in the business world I highly agree with most of Tammy Erickson's comments. I am very confident in my skills and feel a deep need to take a participatory role by contributing my view point. Yet, Tammy Erickson may underestimate to a small degree the level of traditional "corporate" behaviors Gen Y'ers are willing to accept or even embrace.
