  Not only Jack

  Most of the leaders who came for the first time are like this - take M Gandhi or Business excellent leader N Moorthy or the Past President of India A Kalam... this is a spark when it happens you may have to acclerate... many who accelerated and did right things are ....GREAT Guide but everyone's incident and happenings may be different - all based on what is Success or Great in individual Dictionary....

  1.Develop a vision of what outcomes you want and some of the important steps toward achieving those outcomes
  2.Share the visin and your enthusiasm with your people
  3.Identify capable and motivated leaders who will manage key actions leading to the desired outcomes.
  4.Get regular reports on progress and solve problems as they come up
  5. Praise and reward your leaders and subordinates as major elements of the desired outcomes are achieved
