  Core Competencies

  Core compentencies has always been an area for business to strenghten. We often find ourselves doing too much and need to redefine the business model to bring us back to the core. We could see this with the AOL - Time Warner merger which ended up being a disaster due to the companies not staying within their core and trying to get into businesses that were unrelated.
