    Mozy rocks!

I've been using Mozy for a couple of months now and have had no problems whatsoever. I have needed to restore a couple of files, and it was easy to do. Definitely worth $5/month.

    Amazon S3 is another option

You might also want to consider Amazon S3 storage, which is unlimited and only 15 cents per gigabyte. It runs on Windows and Mac. Plus it's run by a big company, not some startup. See www.jungledisk.com

    Hard Drive automatic backup

It's not difficult to attach an external hard drive (IOMEGA sells them at a reasonable cost, for example, and they come with competent backup software) to which your computer automatically backs up your primary hard drive. I have my laptop set up to back up every evening at 7:00.

    Automatic Backup

I have a Seagate Mirra 500 GB device. It automatically backs up any folders I specify. Furthermore, I can access previous versions and deleted files. It was reasonably priced - couple hundred.

    SyncToy Backup

I used to install the Microsoft's SyncToy (free) to backup my notebook harddisk. The only investment is to buy a $100 external USB 80G/120G HDD for that. It works fast & good.
