  More choices needed

  There are no choices for people like traveling consultants whose locations change with the project... big offices, small offices, home, etc.

  I'm one of the "big old corporate office" votes, but it's not that cut and dry. Although I work in a typical brick and mortar coporate office, I am the only person in "my personal office." If conditions are right, although there are hundreds around me all day, I can go through my work day and not see or be seen by a single soul. The work group I supervise is comprised of six people, all of who physically work in other states. I have the use of a corporate laptop, so I occassionally take advantage of conducting my business day from my home office. I do this without the expressed blessings of my superiors, who, although we're a major telecommunications corporation, do not encourage employee telecommuting. Go figure.
