  firefox add-ons

  just two thoughts:
  1) as a firefox user, there are dictionary add-ons that already identity misspelling in websites; in fact, i use 3 different dictionaries in firefox;
  2) in the example given, gtalk - which is transferable to msn, skype, etc - if we were to spell check every time, chatting would take ages.
  nevertheless, i admit it can be helpful to people.
