  Mine's a Cingular 3125 (from AT&T).
  I've had it for almost a year. I like it because it's a flip phone and not bulky like the other PDA's. It has many functionalities that I like so it works for business as well a personal. I wonder how many people have this model and what is the general feeling about it.

  I use an iPhone and I LOVE it. You have to get use to the keyboard but once you have that down it is the BEST. I have done the regular cell, the Treo and the BBerry.

  Waffled on iPhone

  My bad for not including the iPhone, which, while undeniably smart, falls short as a business phone. (The lack of Exchange support, push e-mail, etc., makes it a non-starter for many users.) But I should have listed it in the "Other" category, which I've now done.

  Helio Ocean with Business Apps

  I think one of the most underrated devices is the Helio Ocean. It's got a fleet of applications for business that people just don't know about. This is why we have setup our channel at www.heliobusiness.com to work with business customers to use their Helio Ocean to the maximum capacity. I think more cell phone providers need to work to create a separate business channel dedicated to the business customer as it is very important to separate the business and consumer as we use our handsets for very different uses.

  I use a Treo 750. It has one major defect. The phone will not ring when it switched from vibrate to ring. Got a replacement phone under warranty and it has the same problem. There is manual fix I discovered but have do it everytime.
  
  Ringing for incomings calls is a basic phone function that should just work.
  
  Eligible for upgrade in March so will see what else is available then.

  Don't even know the features I do have on the ol' cellphone. I am working very hard at NOT extending my pitiful suite of mobile competencies -- well, as hard as Ludd anyway.

  I have had Treo's, both Palm & Windows versions as well as a Samsong Windows Smartphone, I forget the model, and none has worked as well as the BlackBerry. BlackBerry retrieves information quicker, crashes much less, and is more reliable. Until I got the BlackBerry I had to carry a phone and a Smartphone because the Smartphone was so prone to crashes. It could not be counted on to work reliably as a phone.

  A Blackberry owner, when it was time to upgrade my phone I wanted to switch to a Windows based phone, but was told my contacts won't cross over from Blackberry to ? I ended up with the Pearl which has been nothing but trouble. I've replaced it 3 times since purchasing it in October.

  BB to WM

  If you have contacts in Outlook, that's all you need. if not, then there are other tools available I believe to do this. I have never heard of anyone NOT being to move contacts from a BB device to something else.

  Moto Q9c

  I have a Sprint Q9c which runs WM6 Standard (Smartphone). I LOVE the phone. It is a very stable device, the keyboard is excellent and with over-the-air ActiveSync on my Exchange host, true "push" email is free. As a small business owner, I could not afford a Blackberry which has a higher monthly data plan and has higher monthly hosting costs.

  AT&T TIlt

  I had a Cingular 8525 but upgraded to the Tilt. It has a full set of Windows Mobile 6 applications including the ability to create Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets. Its 3 Megapixel camera has come in useful several times. I work for a small company so I do not have push email but it does fine with my Pop3 and my MSN Hotmail. I like the scroll wheel for reading documents and looking for contacts. The keyboard is ok but I liked the feel of the keyboard on the 8525 better. My only real complaint is that they removed the wireless manager key for turning on Bluetooth and AIrplane mode. Now its buried in a menu. Given the choice, I'd buy it again.

  I previously had a Treo 650 and our company moved to the Q. I miss my Treo ALOT! The Q is cumbersome, not user friendly, not very intutitive and just plain can't do some of the things the Treo could like search for names in e-mail or autofill in e-mail, texting was fewer steps; e-mail forwarding was easier. I think many of the features were more robust and stronger.
  
  The downside and primary reason we switched is that the Treo had connectivity issues and would shut down or reboot often. Sometimes it would get hung up which required a hard reset and loss of data. So, although the Q is more reliabile in connectivity and syncing to exchange, it's cumbersome and lacks features.

  Love my Verizon Pantech windows mobile. Bluetooth, simple, syncs great with outlook on home and office computers. Works like a cell phone. (how novel!) Don't use the email features but it is available. Its also light and compact.
