  Splendid CRM might be overkill

  Thanks for the heads up on SplendidCRM. SplendidCRM look like it is a hosted version of SugarCRM. SugarCRM is an open source product that you can host yourself or use a hosted version from SplendidCRM or even SugarCRM itself. It has many similarities to Salesforce.com, including, unfortunately, the complicated and unappealing user interface. Because of this it might be inappropriate for small businesses or small sales teams.
  
  Another program one might consider is Big Contacts. http://www.bigcontacts.com It has a Free version for up to 100 contacts. Might be worth considering if you're looking for a free CRM and want something easy to use.

  SplendidCRM is a complete rewrite using Microsoft technologies

  SplendidCRM is not just a hosted version of SugarCRM as pfreet implies. SplendidCRM is a complete rewrite using Microsoft technologies and best practices. There are companies that provide SplendidCRM hosting, but it can also be downloaded and installed locally.
  
  As a .NET 2.0 application, SplendidCRM is very easy to install and it runs well on almost any current hardware.

  Need More information-SPlendid CRM

  As i'm new to splendid CRM , i need to know the Overview and WorkFLow of Splendid CRM.I want to know how can we customize the forms as per requirements.
  If possible can you provide some valid documents with examples to know about the same.
