    Quote source

FYI, that quote is likely not from Einstein. It's also mistakenly attributed to Ben Franklin. The latest research I've found credits Rita Mae Brown with this axiom.

RE: Deutsche Telekom, Einstein and Ethical Stupidity

i agree with the post. the harder thing is to deny the small things too, to ward off those thoughts that say that "many people do such things, it is ok", "people do so many things that are much more illegal than this, this is nothing" etc..it is difficult to keep your stand on such things. also, along with ethics this is also an issue of shortsightedness. as rightly pointd in the post but not stressed enough, the question should be to know why is the leak happening. are the employees dissatisfied or are they being given some very lucrative incentives etc. and then action taken accordingly. also, the problem having been identified, the chain or the link with the journalists can be used for positive publicity.

RE: Deutsche Telekom, Einstein and Ethical Stupidity

The correct quote is, "Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results." And it's from Rita Mae Brown, writing in Sudden Death, Bantam Books, New York, 1983, p. 68.
