Same Ethical Theme
A good continueance of this weeks ethics theme. Sometimes there is a fine line between a disgruntleted employee and a whistleblower unless the corporation gives them a legitamate reason to become a whistleblower. False and illegal practices not to mention immoral and unethical practices provide fodder for all to exploit and to ruin the brand developed over years if not generations of a firm.

WHAT?
ARE YOU SAYING THAT WHISLTLEBLOWERS SHOULDN'T TURN IN COMPANY'S AND/OR EXEC'S WHO ARE DOING ILLEGAL/IMMORAL THINGS...SO AS TO NOT RUIN THE BRAND???
THE WHISTLEBLOWER ISN'T RUINING THE BRAND, THE BAD ACTOR DID.
MAYBE I READ YOU WRONG...PERHAPS YOU COULD CLARIFY YOUR POSITION -

RE: Whistleblowers Can Reap Rewards
Whistleblower Craig Patrick like many whistleblowers found themselves at a crossroads where there was only one right path to take. I too am a whistleblower and know the dilemma he faced. He made the right choice. Mr. Patrick and his fellow whistleblower should be applauded for exposing Medtronic???s Kyphon???s fraudulent practices.
