I agree with Antonio. CEO's need to be rewarded for success and punished for failure. That is not fact in reality because they do a very good job of negotiating their exit packages up front when the relationship is bright and everyone is giddy with the "new guy/gal" on board. I have a problem with a CEO going on margin with his company's stock. He is gambling with his own money; that is true. But..the repercussions as we are seeing harms the brand at the very least and calls into question of his/her judgment and that of the board for hiring him/her in the first place.
