too big to fail? why did n't that apply to the extinct dinosaurs? seems favors are getting pulled and bad business practices supported with taxpayer funds.
there no support like this for small Mom and Pop businesses which are the real life blood of our economy. -

WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR CULTURE???
What caused us to throw all morals and values away? I am at such a loss
for how bad everything is, and the sad fact is that it just keeps
snowballing downward instead of healing and heading upward!!
Where do I sign up for the nomination to the office of the President of
USA moral and value enforcement?!! Enlightenment? School of morals and
values?
Where do we even start??? Does ANYONE have any morals and values left?
Does anyone know what morals and values are?? -

Sorry for the outburst, ment to say that only in American can someone (CEO) fail at his/her job and still receive an exit package that is something different than a swift kick in the butt!! The term "collusion" comes to mind...and how about the phrase "good-od' boys club". What ever happened to enforcing accountability and NOT setting a precedent of payout for poor (illegal?) performance???!!!! We need "change" in our government alright! It's called get rid of ALL of them with short term limits, and pay for performance and benefits that follow the stream of average Americans!

Well, back here in Nigeria at least if nothing else is right, one thing is: such CEOs would be given the swift 'butt kick'. There would be no juicy exit packages for failure.

There needs to be consequences for such poor leadership and management. I think the stakeholders need to take this to the Supreme Court to prevent these men from getting a penny of their 'exit' packages. Jail time would also be fitting to the crime.
Congress, how about passing a law to prohibit criminals such as these from making a profit from their actions (or lack thereof)?
