  Fear of Sarbanes_Oxley

  There are other problems to be listed in the US apart from Sarbanes-Oxley. For example, that the US wants to extend its regulation when the company is from the US, although all the activity is outside the US. We will see in the future more listed activite outside the US.

  I think it is important for applying SOX to exterprise
