  Extremist calling the kettle black!

  The tone of the article is just as extreme as Cabletron's leadership. Private enterprise is about competition and "conquering markets". Call it what you want, but facts do not change.

  Generally I enjoy checking on the posts here; but this piece has a bit more edge than I'm used to seeing, possibly from some personal issues with Cabletron.

  LESSONS FROM THE MASTER

  A visit to Sun Tzu- The Art of War would repay dividends. The key is a little more self-knowledge and a lot less aggression. Understanding the relationships with the environment, the competitors and the reason for purchase would provide insights that appear to have been confused by a poor appreciation of the fact that the art of the sale is the creation of a valued customer relationship.
