    Manage Emotions = Big Money

    Totally agree with the comments...

    Something that I like to emphasise is Empathy!!! (with the prospective customer) is all imporatant..

    Of course in order to empathise with your customer... you should get yourself into the right emotional state before you enter the meeting...

    Some of the key " must dos" for me before a sales call are:

    a) preparation - this is as imporatnat as breathing

    b) use a technique that you are familiar with to calm your mind - meditation or music works for me

    c) always keep to time

    d) generally avoid anything that would put you in an unduly stressfull situation (the old adage: " he that fights and runs away lives to fight another day... but he who is in battle slain will never live to fight again... )
