Very nice article! I've been working (27) years fulltime as an entry level secretary and recently as an Exec. Asst. to the CEO. I have had very few female mentors, and still find the good old boys network and executive levels out of reach. I may start looking specifically at women owned and operated businesses. I have most of my credits for a bachelors degree and yearn to be in a key role for decisions. A new strategy awaits. Thank you for the uplifting article. Sincerely, Under Study No More : )
