Remote worker
I am a remote worker. A major error a manager can make is to attempt to micro manage an employee who is 'one their own' most of the time.
A leader who mentors and supports the remote worker will benefit more from the worker than they will if they try to control them. Automony allows staff to feel enpowered and will often grow into a much more valuable asset.
