altruistic achievement
By some recent definition of 'overachiever' it is easy to imagine everyone might see themselves as OAs. But that could also mean overacting, as might be considered in despair.com.
Working for a true leader can be very powerful, fuelling pride for recognized achievements, which allows for freedom to do more. Respect for job well done is more important than just a concerted preoccupation for efficiency. When the corporate culture is chaotic, it is sincerity that separates the best leaders from the rest. -

Are you directing all levels of management to disregard leadership as a positive quality? It seems that a group of managers is valued over results in any form, and they are being trained to attack like a pack of wolves anyone who rises above mediocrity in an organization.
Shame on you for your God given talens. You will need them with this junk.
Managers practice organizational altruism and as a result you have run out that top 20%. -
