    Question about giving feedback

    The problem I run into often when I'm giving feedback is that I feel
    uncomfortable by giving a "not so good feedback".

    I usually make two mistakes:

    1) don?t say much and go do it myself, I know is terrible! But how can I ask the
    person to start over, especially when there is not much time.

    2) I compromise too much when the person gets difficult because I don?t want
    to create an uncomfortable situation. End result, I don?t get the results the
    client expected.

    HELP! Where can I learn more about this?

    Remember too that every conversation you have with your boss or subordinate is an opportunity to seek and to offer feedback. By dealing with feedback in this way, you may remove the emotional reaction that often results from what might be percieved as a barrage of criticism delivered once a year.

    feed back has to be hold in every rapport between employees and all members of the teamwork.
    each of us has to pay attention to the feedbacks returned from any member of his team and then jauge by the way how comprehensible was his suggestion and message and how receptive was he to other employees by comptemplating the way the work is being advanced.

    Feedback

    Feed back is only useful if given and received constructively. Sadly enough, many employees (staff) and employers (managers)use this as a way of choosing camps
