Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator Instructions) Your first question comes from William Jones - Singular.

Particularly I noticed on the cost side, on the SG&A line in particular, it looks like just about the fifth straight quarter where the SG&A has come down, and I am wondering if there’s anymore opportunity there, going forward or if you can give us any guidance on that line, and then I had a couple of other questions.

Vikram Gulati

If you look at the SG&A and break it down to S&M and G&A, I think on the G&A side, we have optimized and may be what you are seeing is the max extend of optimization that has been possible from a G&A side, there could be a little bit of correction up or down, but this should give you a feel in terms of what the future is, from just a G&A line.

On S&M, I believe we might see some up ticks and up ticks will be based on how we think the market is coming back, because that’s a side where you don’t want to optimize too deeply and then sort of remove your horse power to sell for the future and that’s a line that we will perhaps invest back into the business, and as we start seeing some real positive signs and firm signs that the customer that we are addressing are actually buying and buying in quantity.

So, on the G&A line, again, I think we’ve reached a point where there could be a little bit more, but I think most of it has been taken out. On the S&M side I think it will go the other way as we start seeing growth coming on the top line.

Alok Bajpai

I think if I can just add a line here Vikram, what will happen to G&A, I think what Vikram said is in absolute terms. But if the growth comes back, even at 2.5-3% that we had in this quarter, as a percentage to revenue we might be able to better the G&A in terms of percentages.

William Jones - Singular Research

I think that makes sense. And then, this is on a big item, but I notice other income. Now, foreign exchange was not a big factor, but there was $400,000 income in there, I was wondering if you can give any color on that?
