Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator instructions) Your first question comes from the line of C.J. Muse with Barclays Capital. Please proceed. Mr. Muse, your line is open, Please proceed.

C.J. Muse – Barclays Capital

Hello, can you hear me?

Robert Halliday

We can hear you now C.J.

C.J. Muse – Barclays Capital

Yes, sorry about that.

Robert Halliday

I thought that was one of your better questions by the way.

C.J. Muse – Barclays Capital

I appreciate that, thank you. I guess first question in terms of foundry strength, can you talk about the breadth of foundry spending looking into September versus June, as well as sustainability heading into the December quarter?

Robert Halliday

I’ll take a shot and Gary can add to it. Looks pretty deep in September. It’s pretty widespread among number of foundries. And similar to what I said three months ago about September growing increasingly optimistic about some continuation of that into December for the foundries. We don’t feel confident yet, but each day gets a little more positive frankly.

Gary Dickerson

Yes, I think September and June both are very strong for us in terms of foundry business.

Robert Halliday

December is feeling better too.

C.J. Muse – Barclays Capital

Okay. And then in terms of the adjacent opportunities, I’d love to dig down into one area in particular, but I guess big picture, in the past you talked about driving an addressable market increase of $200 million by 2011. Is that still the target and is that still on track?

Robert Halliday

Actually the initiatives are in pretty good shape. I think the $200 million, I used to think of it as sort of $200 million or sort of like 10% to 15% of the TAM, 10% to 20% I guess. So I still think it’s on track for that type of percentage of the TAM. I just don’t know what the 2011 TAM is frankly. We have a TAM that’s pretty reasonable. I think those are the types of markets we’re looking at.

C.J. Muse – Barclays Capital

Okay. And then last question for me. On the memory front, it looks like around the midpoint of the guide, you’re talking about $35 million, $36 million in revenues for September. Can you talk about what’s driving the mix there between PLAD, adoption of single-wafer high energy and that continuing as well as some of your core high-current, medium-current tools?
