Welcome to the first quarter 2009 Agilent Technologies, Incorporated Earnings Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to turn your presentation over to Mr. Rodney Gonsalves, Vice President of Investor Relations.

Welcome to Agilent's first quarter conference call for FY 2009. With me are Agilent's President and CEO, Bill Sullivan and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO, Adrian Dillon. After my introductory comments, Bill will give his perspective on the quarter and the business environment. Adrian will follow with his review of the financials and the performance of each of the businesses. After Adrian’s comments we will open the lines and take your questions.
