Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator Instructions) Your first question will come from Mr. Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Ken you go through a lot of numbers really quickly. I missed the backlog. Was it $153.382 million?

Ken Galaznik

It was $150.380 million, Tim.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

$150 million.

Ken Galaznik

Yes, 1-5-3-3-8-2.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

And that's the bookings then of about $21.5 million?

Ken Galaznik

It is.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Okay and then Anthony, I think you said that 30 ZBVs shipped in the quarter. How many were booked in the quarter?

Anthony Fabiano

Approximately eight from memory. We'll check that for you.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Sure.

Anthony Fabiano

It's eight.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Thank you, and then in terms of the Service revenue line, that was a pretty big spike up quarter-to-quarter. Was there anything specific that drove that spike up in revenue?

Anthony Fabiano

Well, the Cargo business has quite a bit, as well as the install base on the ZBV and the Z Portal. Those are probably the biggest drivers.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Okay, is there anything that's happening in the Abu Dhabi contract where it's transitioning from more of an installed contract to more of a service contract? Is that happening?

Anthony Fabiano

Not yet, Tim. I'm hopeful that things will work out that way. That is the plan.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

Okay. Should we be thinking at all about – that was a large contract booked in mid-'08, should we be starting to think about the potential for there to be a drop-off, a noticeable drop-off in, for instance, in the cargo line as that contract comes to an end or matures?

Anthony Fabiano

No, I don't think so. I believe that if you look at our pipeline, the greatest number of opportunities and typically the highest award values in dollars are in the Cargo line, and we're very optimistic that we're going to be very successful with the products that we have now and what we're coming out with.

Tim Quillin – Stephens Inc.

That's great, and I respect the fact that you can't say much about the protest on the ZBV Trailer order, but do you – would you be able to ship units before the protest is resolved?

Anthony Fabiano

Can't comment.
