Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

Thank you. (Operator instructions) And we'll go first to Peter Lawson with Thomas Weisel. Mr. Lawson, your line is open. Please check your mute function.

Peter Lawson ? Thomas Weisel Partners

Lukas, have you seen any slowdown in Asia yet?

Lukas Braunschweiler

Hi Peter. It's Lukas. Very good question. Overall, we are very happy about Asia and confirm what I have said the last call and this call. The only country where we have seen a weaker than expected Q1 was Korea. And I think Korea is a special case. They have been quite dramatically by the financial situation, I would say. It's manifesting in the sense that, A, the won is losing value against the dollar, and B, that definitely the national banks there are busy with supporting the system.

We have a strong pipeline in Korea, but we know due to these facts that many prototype be negotiated before when their won was stronger that some of these projects have been delayed. But that was the only country where we can say we have seen any signs of possible ramifications out of this financial crisis. In fact, the only country on the whole globe in our spectrum.

Which markets sort of had been into the rest of 2009 for you that you are less concerned about which you just think were consistently faster [ph] downturn?

Lukas Braunschweiler

As you know, we have two major applications in markets, one is trust and the other one is a order. We call it life sciences, the bigger share of the order is reflected in our environmental business. I think one is definitely in the broader life science, pharma, bio-pharma industry, generic industry and as far as we have seen, these customers have being quite encouraging use lately.

And one of our largest customer being awarded with a splendid Q1 very much like we did. So, we are pretty positive that the industry should further support us. On the other side, I think order is infrastructure and you'll know that infrastructure protects in Asia and even in some of our markets here in the US or Europe are getting reasonable attention.

So, from that end, I'm not so worried. We always say that market where we could see most close link to any type of economic changes or (inaudible) petrochem but so far we haven't seen that market has either been affected by an economic slowdown or by the changes of the oil price.
