With the price of the stock hovering – bouncing between $0.40 on the low end and $0.60 on the high end we’re probably going to have to address sometime between now and year end the possibility of a potential de-listing and what we might have to do to avert that or avoid that. Do you guys have anything planned possibly a reverse split or what options do we have out there for us that you guys have addressed already?
Bill Marshall
We have discussed the option of a reverse split, so we’re prepared to do that if need be. But we’re hopeful that if the market belays mitigates a bit, maybe our stock will move up. We were making good progress for a while and then things kind of went in the dumpers. Does that answer your question, Brad?
Bradley Donner – J.P. Turner & Company, LLC
Yes. If indeed we do have to go the route of a reverse split, obviously it’s going to require a proxy vote which is that something that we have planned between now and the end of the year? Do you guys have something going on with getting proxies ready? I’m assuming we could probably link that in with the potential of the acquisition that we’re looking to make. That would be subject to a proxy vote as well if I’m not mistaken. Right?
Bill Marshall
The acquisition is subject to a shareholder vote and so to the extent that we think we have to go that route, we would try to combine them, yes.
Bradley Donner – J.P. Turner & Company, LLC
What’s the timeframe on getting those proxies out for – I’m kind of shifting gears on you here. I want to talk about the potential acquisition. What’s the timeframe on targeting the proxy vote for the shareholders on that acquisition? Where do we stand with that?
Bill Marshall
As you know we filed the S4, we have – we’re currently in the process of responding to SEC comments and so at this time we really can’t discuss that a whole lot. But we’re working on that and would expect to have that done in the near future.
Bradley Donner – J.P. Turner & Company, LLC
And given the news release when you guys announced that the joint venture was in play – or not the joint venture but the acquisition was in play, I believe the comments on the release were that the board was in favor of it at that time. Do we have – when I first looked at it I thought it was rather lucrative for the company that we’re acquiring.
