Brooke Deterline, Investor Relations
Good afternoon and thank you for joining Sonic Solutions Fiscal First Quarter 2007 Earnings Conference Call. With me on today’s call are David Habiger, President and CEO; Clay Leighton, EVP and Chief Financial Officer; and Mark Ely, EVP and Head of Strategy. Dave will provide a summary of our fiscal first quarter performance and then review the status of our target market. Mark will highlight recent announcement and review our strategic priority. Clay will then go through our financials in more detail and provide guidance, after which Dave will have a few additional remarks before we open the floor with questions.
I would like to take a moment to mention that during this quarter, the company will be presenting at the Camcorder Conference in Boston tomorrow August 9th, the Piper Jaffray Conference in New York on September 6th, and the Chapman Brothers Conference in New York on September 7th. As other events occur, we will make additional announcements.
Finally, before handing the call over to Dave, I will review our Safe Harbor. During the course of this conference call, we will make forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Federal Securities Laws. All statements other than statements of historical fact are statements that could be deemed forward-looking statements including statements regarding growth and financial performance, financial outlook, strategic and operational plans, target market, strategic priorities, potential benefits of Sonic’s partnership with Movielink and others, Sonic’s ability to strengthen relationships with end users, the opportunities and benefits achieved through Sonic’s integration of the Roxio consumer software division, and the evolution of an opportunity for Sonic arising from next generation high definition formats and channels. These forward-looking statements are based on current information and expectations and are inherently subject to change.
