Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator Instructions) Your first question comes from Troy Jensen - Piper Jaffray.

Troy Jensen - Piper Jaffray

The AT&T business, you said it was up sequentially in the quarter; did you give color on how big they were last quarter?

Mike Healy

No, we don’t disclose our customer’s revenue contribution, but we will say that we continue to have no retail or customer greater than 5% of our revenue, but we were very pleased with the progress AT&T and CDW and the mass business all had very good growth quarter-over-quarter.

Troy Jensen - Piper Jaffray

In the new and existing mix, 45% to 55%, what did that number look like last quarter?

John Combs

Same. 45%, 55%.

Troy Jensen - Piper Jaffray

Michael, looking at the model here, fully share count obviously went down because you didn’t have a GAAP profit this quarter? Should we assume once we start modeling something around a $2 million profitability, on a non-GAAP basis, that we’ll be back at a GAAP share count?

Mike Healy

The share count would increase. It’s somewhat hard to estimate. I think we model 500,000 or so shares a quarter.

Troy Jensen - Piper Jaffray

Can you give a little help on what you expect interest income is going to look like here in the June quarter?

Mike Healy

It’s also going to go down with interest rate reductions. We have a pretty conservative investment policy so I think our yields will be somewhere between 2.5% to 3.5%. We have different programs expiring at different times, but I think if you model around that, you should be pretty close.

Operator

Your next question comes from Samuel Wilson - JMP Securities.

Samuel Wilson – JMP Securities

As the quarter progressed, did you notice any change in sales cycles, sort of month-to-month, did it go down and stabilize? Was it mixed? Just a general sense, because it seems like for next quarter your forecast is taking middle of the range, down a little bit sequentially, and it’s your fiscal Q4, which is usually seasonally a little strong quarter. So I’m just wondering if existing the quarter was a little worse, the general environment, than entering the quarter?

Jim Combs

No, I wouldn’t say that. It actually progressed positively through the quarter from my perspective.

Samuel Wilson – JMP Securities

Traditionally the fourth quarter has been a little bit of a seasonally stronger quarter. Do you think that seasonality will be there this year or a little more muted?
