Welcome to the Hypercom first quarter conference call. (Operator Instructions) I now would like to turn it over to Mr. Norman Stout.
Norman Stout
First, I will begin by introducing the team with me today. First I have Philippe Tartavull our Chief Executive Officer and President, Bob Vreeland, our interim CFO and Scott Tsujita, our Senior Vice President, Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
Let me take a moment first also to congratulate Bob on his appointment as Interim CFO, Bob brings a wealth of hands on experience to the position. Bob has been International Controller, Corporate Controller and Vice president of financial planning and analysis for Hypercom. We look forward to Bob’s contributions in his new role with the company.
In order to today's agenda, Scott will begin by reading our forward-looking statement, Bob will then go into the first quarter financial results and Philippe and I will provide an overview of our continuing momentum and some insight into the newly acquired Thales e-Transactions business. We will discuss trends and what we see in the market however, we are not providing financial guidance at this time as we continue to be in a transition with contract manufacturing and the integration of Thales e-Transactions business. After that we will take any questions from our listeners.
With that I will turn the call over to Scott.
Scott Tsujita
